Let's see, a legitimate critique for this lovely thing? Hmmmm.
The colors are very well planned out. You have set up a wonderful contrast between the main colors of the outfit and the eyes. There is a good amount of detail in both the outfit as a whole, the gem in the forehead, everything. :3 You've also captured a specific cuteness in the overall image that is a bit difficult for a lot of pixel artists to do. The proportion is balanced, so it looks smooth and very sweet overall. The color shading in the hair is very well done, with an unusual but refreshing choice to make the white shine a square shape, which adds another degree of imaginative work to it. The animation is well-timed (something I always seem to have a problem with) and it conveys a certain sweetness when you watch it.
Overall, you have done an amazing job on this, and I daresay you'll continue to improve on other works as well!!!
