base price includes only eyes animation, any simple extra animation such as music note, speech bubble with heart, or something small and simple will be 1.5usd
in case of base 20, base price includes flat colored background or simple night sky background as on examples above.
any extra background in case of any style, price depends on complexity of it.

pixel chibi/dolls

price depends on the character and details. but a simple character with eyes animation is 31.5usd.
any simple extra animation - 1.5usd
the price for more complex animations depends on what you want.
